目的探讨检测心肌酶谱变化及对小儿手足口病的临床价值。方法选择本院收治的手足口病患儿100例作为观察组。另外,同期选择100例健康儿童作为对照组。检测其心肌酶谱并进行比较。结果观察组血清CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST的水平均明显高于对照组,异常人数也多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心肌酶谱中谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶(CK-MB)的检测在小儿手足口病的诊断中具有值得认可和肯定的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the changes of myocardial enzymes and the clinical value of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods 100 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group. In addition, 100 healthy children were selected as the control group in the same period. The myocardial enzymes were detected and compared. Results The serum levels of CK, CK-MB, LDH and AST in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with more abnormalities than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The detection of AST, LDH, CK and CK-MB in myocardial enzyme spectrum is worthy of recognition and affirmation in the diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease in children The clinical value.
