RNA干扰(RNAi)是指双链RNA(dsRNA)在细胞内特异性诱导同源互补的mRNA降解,从而阻断相应基因表达的现象。随着哺乳动物RNA干扰的研究不断取得进展,RNA干扰显示出作为一种新型肿瘤基因治疗方法的巨大优越性。初步的实验结果表明,用RNA干扰治疗癌症的设想有可能变成现实。
RNA interference (RNAi) refers to the double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) in the cell-specific induction of homologous complementary mRNA degradation, thereby blocking the corresponding gene expression phenomenon. As research on mammalian RNA interference continues to progress, RNA interference has shown tremendous advantages as a novel tumor gene therapy approach. Preliminary experimental results show that the idea of using RNA interference in the treatment of cancer may become a reality.
