本文分析了目前计算按压碎原理工作的破碎机破碎力的各种方法所存在的缺点,根据对矿石试块的实验结果,找出矿石在破碎机中破碎的原因与方式。另外,通过理论分析,道出矿块受挤压后,沿挤压力作用線方向的縱向断面劈裂成两半所需之劈裂力大小。根据道出的劈裂力公式,结合该种类型破碎机的各种结构特点进一步道出计算颚式、旋迴和菌型破碎机的破碎力算式。
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of various methods for calculating the crushing force of the crusher currently working on the pressing crushing principle. According to the experimental results of the ore crushing block, the causes and ways of crushing the ore in the crusher are found out. In addition, through theoretical analysis, after the ore-out nuggets are squeezed, the longitudinal section along the line of action of the extrusion force is split into two halves required for the splitting force. According to the formula of splitting force, combined with the structural characteristics of the type of crusher, the breakage force calculation formulas of the rake type, cycle type, and fungus type crusher are calculated.
