某大型污水处理厂迁建工程中建设的30多公里输水管道大部分采用顶管施工,因工程规模庞大,划分为多个标段同时施工。由于管道沿线上有各种建构筑物、水利设施等需要进行保护,设计单位提前充分考虑了所有标段各种紧急情况下的应对措施以及工程量计算原则,使得施工单位能够及时应对大多数的突发情况,各方对于工程量认定遵循统一原则,为整个工程施工以及参建各方结算的认可节省了大量的时间和精力。
Most of the more than 30 kilometers of aqueducts constructed in the relocation project of a large-scale sewage treatment plant employs pipe jacking construction. Due to the large scale of the project, it is divided into multiple tenders and constructed simultaneously. Since various types of structures and water conservancy facilities along the pipeline are required to be protected, the design unit has taken into full consideration the response measures and project calculation principles for all tenders in all emergency situations in advance, so that the construction unit can respond to most sudden changes in time. According to the situation, all parties have followed the principle of unification for the quantity of engineering, and saved a great deal of time and effort for the construction of the whole project and the approval of all parties involved in settlement.
