温湿度对甘薯天蛾生长发育的影响

为掌握甘薯天蛾的发生动态, 就温、湿度对其影响进行了研究。研究表明: 从20~30℃,甘薯天蛾卵孵化率随温度升高而增大, 在30℃时孵化率最高, 达938% ; 温度高于30℃, 孵化率反而减小。利用计算机程序进行回归方程拟合, 结果表明: 温度 (x) 与甘薯天蛾卵历期 (y1)、幼虫历期 (y2)、预蛹历期 (y3)、蛹历期 (y4) 的最优方程式分别为: y1= 1/0261- 6661×107- x;y2= 3252e43294/x ; y3= 0205e75241/x; y4= 1435e61093/x。温度 (x) 与卵 ( D1)、幼虫 ( D2)、预蛹( D3)、蛹 ( D4) 的发育速率的关系分别为: D1= (x- 144) /626; D2= (x- 107) /2685; D3= (x - 170) /315; D4= (x- 143) /1735。蛹羽化最适相对湿度为755% 。 In order to grasp the dynamics of sweet potato moth, the effects of temperature and humidity were studied. The results showed that from 20 ℃ to 30 ℃, the egg hatching rate increased with the increase of temperature, and the hatching rate reached 93.8% at 30 ℃. The hatching rate decreased when the temperature was higher than 30 ℃. The regression equation was fitted by computer program. The results showed that the relationship between temperature (x) and the number of eggs (y1), larvae (y2), pre-pupae (y3) and pupal (y4) The optimal equations are: y1 = 1/0 261-6 6661 107-x; y2 = 3 252e43 294 / x; y3 = 0 205e75 241 / x; y4 = 1 435e61 0 93 / x . The relationship between temperature (x) and the developmental rates of eggs (D1), larvae (D2), pre-pupae (D3) and pupae (D4) was D1 = (x- 14.4) / 62.6; x- 10.7) / 268.5; D3 = (x- 17.0) / 31.5; D4 = (x- 14.3) / 173.5. The optimum relative humidity of pupae was 755%.
