随着我国国民经济的飞速发展,传统的事业单位人事制度已经不能很好的适应经济发展的需求,而事业单位作为我国公共服务体系的重要组织,在社会经济发展中起到的作用是极其重要的。在这种情况下,对事业单位人事制度的改革势在必行。本文中笔者主要针对当前我国事业单位人事制度改革的影响及意义进行了阐述,进而对改革过程中存在的问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出了自己的建议和策略。
With the rapid development of our country’s national economy, the personnel system of the traditional public institutions can not meet the needs of economic development well. However, as an important organization of China’s public service system, public institutions play an extremely important role in social and economic development of. Under such circumstances, the reform of the personnel system in public institutions is imperative. In this paper, the author mainly elaborates the influence and significance of the personnel system reform in current public institutions in our country, then analyzes the existing problems in the process of the reform, and puts forward my own suggestions and strategies.
