海军热带常温下的果蔬保鲜技术日前在沪通过了专家的技术鉴定。该技术设计合理,方法先进,成功地解决了我国热带常温下水果、蔬菜保鲜技术的难点,各项技术指标达到国外同类产品的水平。这项由保鲜剂、保鲜工艺及设施、保鲜箱三大部分组成的系统工程,在高气温条件下(平均温度28℃)延长了部分水果蔬菜的贮藏期,属国内首创。
Navy tropical fruits and vegetables at room temperature preservation technology in Shanghai recently passed the expert’s technical appraisal. The technology is reasonable in design and advanced in methods. It has successfully solved the difficulties of keeping fresh fruits and vegetables at tropical temperature in our country. All the technical indexes have reached the level of similar foreign products. This system consists of three parts of preservatives, fresh technology and facilities and fresh-keeping box. It prolongs the storage period of some fruits and vegetables under high temperature (average temperature 28 ℃), which is a national initiative.
