作者曾报道几种培养液(蒸馏水、淡水、等渗盐溶液(BSS, Chernin,1963)对曼氏血吸虫尾蚴泳动的影响。和其他两种培养液比较,BSS可以明显延长尾蚴的泳动时间。蒸馏水与BSS溶液同样缺乏肝糖原,故尾蚴在蒸馏水与淡水中较迅速地丧失泳动能力是与离子的缺如有关,而与肝糖原的缺乏无关。本文继续观察在pH值与渗透压基本不变的情况下,盐溶液离子组成的变化对尾蚴泳动能力的影响。
The authors have reported the effect of several culture broths (distilled water, fresh water, isotonic saline solution (BSS, Chernin, 1963) on the cercariae of Schistosoma mansoni. Compared with the other two cultures, BSS can significantly prolong the cerclage migration time .Distilled water and BSS solution also lack the glycogen, so cercariae in distilled water and freshwater loss of swimming ability more rapidly with the absence of ions, and has nothing to do with the lack of glycogen .This paper continued to observe the pH and penetration Under the condition of almost constant pressure, the change of ion composition of salt solution has an influence on the migration ability of cercariae.
