山西沁水盆地蕴藏着丰富的煤层气资源,采用地面钻井开发利用不仅能大力降低煤矿安全事故,而且还能减少环境污染、改善我国的能源结构。但由于该地区地面地形条件较差,钻前工作量大,则有必要采用定向井技术解决以上问题。文章首先介绍沁水盆地地质概况及其特点,然后以胡底地区为例,进行了煤层气定向井下部钻具组合设计研究,并给出了煤层气定向井钻具组合方法,同时进行了现场施工应用,取得良好的效果,为大规模利用定向井技术进行煤层气开发提供经验借鉴。
The Qinshui Basin in Shanxi Province contains abundant CBM resources. Exploiting the drilling and development of the ground can not only greatly reduce the coal mine safety accidents, but also reduce the environmental pollution and improve the energy structure in China. However, due to poor terrain conditions in the area and large workload before drilling, it is necessary to use directional well technology to solve the above problems. This paper first introduces the geology and its characteristics of Qinshui Basin. Then, taking Hudi area as an example, the research on the combination design of directional drillhole in CBM well is carried out, and the combination method of CBM directional drilling is given. Meanwhile, Construction and application, and achieved good results, which can provide reference for the large-scale development of CBM using directional well technology.
