输液瓶质量直接关系到输液质量,从而与临床应用关系密切。南通市塑料三厂引进设备生产聚丙烯输液瓶。我们选择葡萄糖、葡萄糖氯化钠、氯化钠、甘露醇、碳酸氢钠5系列6个品种作灌装试验,留样观察。证实聚丙烯输液瓶用作葡萄糖、葡萄糖氯化钠、氯化钠、甘露醇注射液的包装容器,与目前常用硬质中性玻璃输液瓶一样,在澄明度、乳光、含量、pH、重金属、不溶性微粒、无菌、热原等项均符合标准;而在葡萄糖分解产物紫外吸收、贮藏期稳定性方面优于玻璃瓶。聚丙烯输液瓶理化性质稳定、质轻、耐冲撞、价格便宜、使用方便,确是玻璃瓶理想的换代产品。聚丙烯塑料瓶不宜作碳酸氢钠注射液的包装容器。

It was confirmed that the polypropylene infusion bottle was used as a packaging container for glucose, sodium gluconate, sodium chloride, and mannitol injection, and it is similar to the currently used hard neutral glass infusion bottle in terms of clarity, opalescence, content, pH, heavy metal The insoluble particles, asepsis, pyrogen, etc. are all in line with the standard; and the glucose degradation products are superior to glass bottles in terms of ultraviolet absorption and storage stability. Polypropylene infusion bottles are physiochemically stable, light weight, impact resistant, inexpensive, and easy to use. They are ideal replacements for glass bottles. Polypropylene plastic bottles should not be used as sodium bicarbonate injection packaging containers.
