本文通过对320例口服头孢拉定住院患者的临床观察,以探讨头孢拉定临床用药的安全性与合理性。320例患者中,发生不良反应11例,发生率为3.44％。不良反应的发生与年龄、不合理用药有关。其中60岁以上的老年人7例,占全部不良反应的63.64％;12岁以下的儿童3例,占全部不良反应的27.27％。320例中,头孢拉定不合理用药22例,占6.88％,其中60岁以上的老年人15例,主要问题为用药时间过长。结果提示,头孢拉定在临床上应用是安全的,但要注意合理用药,老年患者慎用。
In this paper, the clinical observation of 320 patients with oral cephradine inpatients to explore the safety and rationality of cefradine clinical use. In 320 patients, 11 cases occurred adverse reactions, the incidence was 3.44%. Adverse reactions occur with age, unreasonable medication related. Among them, 7 cases were elderly over 60 years old, accounting for 63.64% of all adverse reactions; 3 cases of children under 12 years old, accounting for 27.27% of all adverse reactions. 320 cases, cefradine irrational drug use in 22 cases, accounting for 6.88%, of which 15 years older than 60 years of age, the main problem is the medication for a long time. The results suggest that cefradine in the clinical application is safe, but should pay attention to rational use of drugs, caution in elderly patients.
