影响磁浆分散性的主要因素是磁粉特性、磁浆配方、制备工艺和分散时间等。本文研究了磁粉特性,分散时间对磁浆分散性的影响。认为,在我们的制备工艺条件下,普通γ—Fe_2O_3磁粉的最佳预分散时间是12—16小时,最佳总分散时间是64—72小时。并且认为,判断磁浆分散性的特性参数是它的矩形比K,丰峯宽度△H,显微镜观察是定性观察分散性的有效手段。
The main factors that affect the dispersion of magnetic slurry are magnetic properties, magnetic slurry formulation, preparation process and dispersion time. In this paper, the effects of magnetic properties and dispersion time on the dispersivity of magnetic slurry were studied. It is considered that under the conditions of our preparation process, the optimum pre-dispersion time of the conventional γ-Fe 2 O 3 magnetic powder is 12-16 hours, and the optimum total dispersion time is 64-72 hours. And that the characteristic parameters to determine the dispersion of magnetic slurry is its rectangular ratio K, peak width △ H, microscopy observation is an effective means of qualitative observation of dispersion.
