目的:观察人蛲虫雌成虫子宫内卵的立体形态与前人报道有何不同。方法:在解剖镜下解剖20余人蛲虫雌成虫的全副完整子宫后,用光镜和电镜观察卵的立体形态。结果:雌成虫子宫除卵巢区外.其余全副子宫内充满了发育基本同步、卵壳发育完好的卵。药物驱出的雌成虫卵内含1~3个细胞,个别为多细胞期;肛门口获得的成虫其子宫内的卵为多细胞期。结论:人蛲史雌成虫子宫内卵是一次同步发育的;解剖出的印发育至成熟期,其立体形态均为不完全对称的长棉球体形,卵表结构与自然产出的卵无异。
Objective: To observe the three-dimensional morphological characteristics of human uterus of adult female moths and their previous reports. Methods: After dissecting the complete uterus of more than 20 female adult worms, we observed the three-dimensional morphology of the eggs by light microscope and electron microscope. Results: Female adult uterus except ovary area. The remaining full of uterus is full of basic synchronization development, egg shell well-developed eggs. Drug-driven female adult eggs contain 1 to 3 cells, the individual for the multi-cell phase; the anus entrance to the uterus of adult eggs for the multi-cell phase. Conclusion: The human uterus eggs of the human epilepsy have a synchronous development. The anatomical printed cotton grows to the maturity stage, and its three-dimensional shape is not completely symmetrical. The structure of the egg table is not different from that of the natural egg .
