铀化合物,如硝酸铀酰,在低剂量时即有显著肾脏毒性。含铀粉尘在肺部沉积,可引发肺癌。本世纪以来,铀及其化合物的应用日见重要,但对铀中毒的病人,迄今尚未有适当解毒药物。早期报道的小苏打或EDTA,效果并不理想。近年来在为数不多的有关铀的促排药物研究中,钛铁试剂(Ⅰ)和几种多氨多烷基膦酸类螯合剂如Phosphicine(Ⅱ)等动物试验效果较好,但尚未见临床应用。
Uranium compounds, such as uranyl nitrate, have significant nephrotoxicity at low doses. Dust containing uranium deposited in the lungs can cause lung cancer. The application of uranium and its compounds has become increasingly important since the beginning of this century, but to the uranium poisoning patients, so far there is no proper detoxification drug. Early reports of baking soda or EDTA, the effect is not satisfactory. In recent years, one of the few studies on the stimulant drugs for uranium has performed well in animal experiments such as the iron-titanium reagent (I) and several polyamino-polyalkylphosphonic acid chelators such as Phosphicine (II) Clinical application.
