铸造垫板由于传力性能比普通垫板更加合理,在国内外预应力混凝土工程中得到了广泛运用。目前国内对铸造垫板锚具产品的锚固区缺乏研究,也没有相关的预应力锚固区传力性能的统一试验标准。本文通过32个试件的预应力锚固区传力性能试验和有限元分析,对锚固区应力状态、裂缝形态、开裂荷载、破坏荷载,以及相关的影响因素等进行了研究。研究结果表明;铸造垫板锚具的开裂荷载和极限荷载与螺旋筋圈径、附加表层箍筋的体积配筋率、截面尺寸和形状、混凝土强度等因素相关;在面积相等时,圆形垫板的开裂荷载要高于方形垫板;铸造垫板锚具产品的锚固区安全应当由预应力锚固区传力性能试验来保证。
Casting plate due to force transmission performance than the ordinary plate more reasonable, at home and abroad in the prestressed concrete project has been widely used. At present, there is a lack of research on the anchorage zone of the cast anchor products in China and there is no unified test standard for the transmission performance of the anchorage zone. In this paper, the stress state, crack morphology, cracking load, failure load, and the related influencing factors of anchorage zone are studied by the transmission performance test and finite element analysis of the prestressed anchorage zone of 32 specimens. The results show that the cracking load and ultimate load of cast anchor are related to the diameter of spiral rib, volume reinforcement ratio of additional surface stirrup, cross-sectional size and shape, concrete strength and other factors. When the area is equal, The cracking load of the plate is higher than that of the square plate. The safety of the anchorage zone of the cast plate anchorage product should be guaranteed by the force transfer performance test of the prestressed anchorage zone.
