目的观察通络方剂对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的1型糖尿病大鼠肾脏病理改变的影响。方法SD大鼠给予STZ以50 mg/kg腹腔注射建立1型糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分成糖尿病组、通络方剂治疗组。另选9只大鼠作为正常对照组。通络方剂治疗组给予通络方剂1.0 g/(kg.d)灌胃,其余大鼠予以等量蒸馏水灌胃,3组大鼠在相同环境条件下饲养。6周后处死,取肾脏行HE染色以及透射电镜观察肾皮质组织病理改变。结果糖尿病组大鼠与正常对照组大鼠相比,光镜及电镜下已出现糖尿病肾病病理改变,而通络方剂组肾皮质病理病变较轻。结论通络方剂对STZ诱导的1型糖尿病大鼠肾脏具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Tongluo Prescription on pathological changes of kidney in rats with type 1 diabetes induced by streptozotocin (STZ). Methods SD rats were given intraperitoneal injection of STZ at a concentration of 50 mg/kg to establish a type 1 diabetic rat model. The rats were randomly divided into a diabetic group and a Tongluo Prescription treatment group. Nine rats were selected as normal controls. Tongluo prescription treatment group was given Tongluo prescription 1.0 g/(kg.d) gavage, the other rats were fed equal volume of distilled water and the rats of the three groups were fed under the same environmental conditions. Six weeks later, the kidneys were sacrificed and HE staining and transmission electron microscopy were performed to observe the pathological changes of renal cortex. Results Diabetic nephropathy pathological changes were observed under light microscope and electron microscope in diabetic group compared with normal control group. The pathological changes of renal cortex in Tongluo Prescription group were lighter. Conclusion Tongluo Prescription has certain protective effect on STZ-induced type 1 diabetic rat kidney.
