把响叶杨(Populusadenopoda)优树叶片接种在WPM+6-BA0.5~1mg/L+NAA1mg/L培养基上培养,在叶表面产生大量不定芽。将带2个腋芽的嫩茎切段接种在1/2MS+6-BA0.2~0.5mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L的培养基上培养,在腑芽抽长的同时,从基部和抽长的部位分化出许多不定芽。将这两类不定芽转移到附加NAA0.01mg/L和1.5%蔗糖的1/2MS培养基上培养可形成生根小植株。生根小植株经炼苗后移栽到盛混合基质(1/3火土+1/3田园土+1/3腐熟厩肥)的营养钵中,成活率达80%以上。组培苗定植到田间后生长比稼接苗快。
