一种环保型钢筋阻锈剂的研制及机理探讨

在混凝土中添加阻锈剂是防止或延缓钢筋腐蚀的一条有效途径。本文首先采用过滤水泥净浆的方法对阻锈剂组分之间的协同作用进行了研究,在此基础上设计出一种环保型钢筋阻锈剂,同样采用水泥净浆的方法对其阻锈剂效果进行评价,而后分析了GCI系列钢筋阻锈剂的阻锈机理。结果表明,GCI系列钢筋阻锈剂具有优良的阻锈效果,能够对氯盐环境中的钢筋起到有效的保护作用。 Adding rust inhibitor in concrete is an effective way to prevent or delay the corrosion of steel. In this paper, first, the method of filtering cement paste was used to study the synergistic effect between the components of rust inhibitor.
