自从今年三月间普遍开展正规工人业余教育以来,到现在已经将近半年,依靠了政府的领导及广大文教干部特别是教职员的努力,半年当中我们的成绩是很显然的。但因为工人业余教育是一种完全新的事业,在工作过程中我们也曾走过一些弯路,碰到一些困难。现在上半年的工作已经告一段落,下半年的工作就要开始,全国工农教育会议又将于近期召开,这时,我们认真总结一下半年来的工作,作为今后的经验教训,是完全必要的。工农教育科的初步工作总结,已经有了比较全面而扼要的说明,这里我们再提出几个问题作进一步的讨论. Almost half a year has passed since the amateurs’ education of regular workers was carried out in March this year. Thanks to the leadership of the government and the efforts of a large number of cultural and educational cadres, especially staff members, our performance in the past half year is quite clear. However, because workers’ amateur education is an entirely new undertaking, we also encountered some difficulties in the course of our work. Now that the work in the first half of the year has come to an end, work will start in the second half of the year and the National Conference on Agriculture and Peasants Education will be held in the near future. At this juncture, it is absolutely necessary for us to seriously summarize the work done in the past six months as the experience and lessons for the future. The summary of the preliminary work of the Education Section of the Workers and Peasants has been given a more comprehensive and concise explanation. Here we will raise a few questions for further discussion.
