目的　探讨联合 PTK的全厚植片深板层角膜移植术的疗效。方法　对 12人 (12眼 )和 10只实验兔 (10眼 )采用联合 PTK的全厚植片深板层角膜移植术。结果　随访 12 wk,12人 (12眼 )植片全部透明 ,视力较术前明显提高 ,实验兔 (10眼 )病理组织学检查证明植床面近达后弹力层 ,且光滑平整 ,胶原纤维排列整齐 ,炎症反应及排斥反应轻 ,植片全部透明。结论　虽然 PTK不能保证完全达到后弹力层 ,但由于植床面平整光滑 ,故术后反应轻 ,视力恢好 ,植片透明度无明显影响。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of full thickness thickening lamellar keratoplasty combined with PTK. Methods Thirteen patients (12 eyes) and 10 rabbits (10 eyes) were treated with PTK combined with thick-walled deep lamellar keratoplasty. Results After 12 weeks of follow-up, 12 eyes (12 eyes) were completely transparent and the visual acuity was significantly higher than that before the operation. The histopathological examination in 10 rabbits showed that the plantar surface was close to the posterior elastic layer with smooth and smooth collagen fibers Tidy, inflammatory reactions and rejection of light, all transparent graft. Conclusions Although PTK can not guarantee to fully reach the posterior elastic layer, the postoperative reaction is light and the visual acuity restores without any significant effect on the transparency of the implants due to the flat and smooth implant bed surface.
