目的::探讨知识宣教在低龄儿童口腔保健中的作用。方法:对427名幼儿及其家长进行口腔保健知识宣教,于宣教前后进行问卷调查,比较宣教前后幼儿及其家长的口腔保健知识水平及幼儿的口腔卫生状况。结果:宣教后家长和儿童的口腔保健知识水平比宣教前有很大提高(P<0.01);口腔健康教育后,儿童自己刷牙和家长再帮助刷牙的茵斑指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);口腔健康教育后,家长再帮助刷牙菌斑指数较教育前明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:口腔保健知识宣教能提高家长口腔保健知识水平,改善儿童口腔卫生状况。
Objectives: To explore the role of knowledge education in the oral health of young children. Methods: A total of 427 children and their parents were educated in oral health care. Before and after the mission, a questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the oral health knowledge of children and their parents before and after mission and their oral health status. Results: The knowledge level of oral health of parents and children after the mission was greatly improved (P <0.01). After oral health education, the children’s own brushing and parents’ P <0.01). After oral health education, parents again helped to reduce the plaque index of brushing teeth significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: Oral health knowledge and education can improve parents oral health knowledge, improve oral health status of children.
