目前,纸机白水或其他废水中油墨和其他光学活性组分含量的分析方法尚不确定。首先采用2种方法(膜片直接滤水法和低定量纸张抄造法)制备检测介质,然后通过光学技术来定性生产过程水中的污染物。结果表明,不同分析方法得到的油墨含量不能直接对比,因为检测介质的制备和获得实验数据的方法不同。采用白度、发光度、反射率及散射系数分析了油墨含量、细小组分留着和检测介质选择,并对测试方法进行了比较。
At present, the paper machine white water or other wastewater inks and other optical components of the analytical method is not yet determined. First, two methods (membrane direct water filtration and low-volume paper copy) were used to prepare the test media, and then the optical technology was used to characterize the pollutants in the process water. The results show that different analytical methods can not directly compare the ink content, because the preparation of test media and methods to obtain experimental data are different. The whiteness, luminosity, reflectance and scattering coefficient were used to analyze the ink content, the retention of small components and the choice of test medium. The test methods were compared.
