港珠澳大桥CB04标桥梁下部结构预制吊装过程中采用新型止水工艺,即钢管桩与预制承台之间采用止水托盘止水,在海洋风浪作用下预制承台与桩身会产生不同程度的振动,造成预制承台与桩身之间产生相对位移,影响湿接缝混凝土的浇筑质量。在预制承台吊装就位后,预制承台与桩身间采用12个水下千斤顶进行加固,同时单根桩身设12个等距环向剪力键构成止摆措施。在现场建立了自动采集及无线远程传输系统,实现了对预制承台及桩身振动效应的实时监测。现场实测数据及理论分析结果表明,采用止摆措施后预制承台与桩身间的相对位移减小了84%~96%,验证了止摆措施的有效性。
In the process of prefabrication and hoisting of the substructure of CB04 standard bridge of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, a new type of sealing technology is adopted, that is, a water-stopping tray is used between the steel pipe pile and the prefabricated cap to stop the water flow, The degree of vibration, resulting in precast pile cap and the relative displacement between the production, affect the quality of wet seams concrete pouring. After the prefabricated platform was hoisted in place, 12 underwater jacks were prefabricated between the prefabricated platform and the pile body to reinforce them. At the same time, 12 equidistant ring-shaped shear keys were formed in the single pile body to form the anti-swinging measures. At the scene, automatic acquisition and wireless remote transmission system were established to realize the real-time monitoring of vibration effect of prefabricated cap and pile. The field measured data and theoretical analysis show that the relative displacement between the prefabricated pile cap and the pile body is reduced by 84% ~ 96% after using the pendulum stop measure, which proves the effectiveness of the pendulum measures.
