本文对确定性系统自适应控制的一步向前、模型参考和闭环极点配置这三种算法在简单化工过程控制中的应用进行了研究。其中包括单变量和多变量两种情况。先是仿真分析,然后将这些应用到实验室的一个二阶单变量,一个2×2多变量和一个串级系统上。参数估计采用的是递推最小二乘法。作为比较,在仿真和实验中也用了常规PID。结果表明,自适应控制能够达到常规PID的控制效果且对未知参数时变当系统的控制提供了实际可行的手段。
In this paper, the application of the three algorithms of deterministic system adaptive control, the step reference of the model reference and the closed-loop pole placement in the simple chemical process control are studied. Including univariate and multivariate two cases. The first is a simulation analysis, which is then applied to a second-order univariate, a 2x2 multivariate and a cascade system in the lab. The parameter estimation uses recursive least square method. As a comparison, conventional PIDs are also used in simulations and experiments. The results show that the adaptive control can achieve the control effect of the conventional PID and provide a practically feasible method for the control of the system with unknown parameters.
