前言根据对冷变形模具(尤其是冷挤压、冷冲、冷镦类模具)失效形式的分析,有相当多的模具不是正常磨损失效,而是由于强韧性能不足,造成早期折断、崩刃、碎裂或过量的塑性变形而失效。因此,提高这类冷作模具的强韧性能,以延长使用寿命,已成为当前模具制造和使用部门的迫切愿望。提高模具的强韧性能的途径:一是从材料方面着眼,采用强韧性能好的基体钢新材料;二是从热处理工艺方面着眼,通过改变工艺参数及方法来提高强韧性能。目前,国内外对于一般结构钢和低、中碳模具强韧化处理工艺研究较多,而对于高碳的冷模钢则研究的较少。
