我从21岁开始练习形意拳,至今己年届八十,仍然眼不花,耳不聋,手脚灵便,身体硬朗,这与坚持练拳有很大关系!我的体会是形意拳的拳理、拳法和保健功法,科学合理,所以起到了健身作用。我练形意拳的一点心得,归纳为以下的“五字真言”。(一)“松”字,即放松自然。要求心意放松,心静意定,自然舒坦。头部放松,耳灵目敏,自然脑清。身体放松,肛提胸含,自然正直。肩部放松,臂长而活。胯部放松,腿活而捷。呼吸自然,气缓深长,持久不息。只有做到放松自然才能完整发劲,而且劲到即松,松紧结合,练出功夫。
