高校网络教育学院从现代远程教育工程试点之初就不断进入社会大众的视野,跨越式的发展也好,规范与调整也好,都成为重要的“看点”而引起传媒、舆论的关注,较多的目光集聚在教育质量、政策走向、产业机遇等问题上,而且人们似乎更愿意从宏观层面去纵览远程教育的现状与前景。其实,鉴于高校网院在我国远程教育发展格局中占有重要的地位,我们也需要更多地通过不同的个案,去梳理高校网络学院的发展脉络,发现其各自发展过程中于各个环节、各个层面逐步彰显出来的特色,这无疑对远程教育的健康发展更具实际意义。历经近7年的试点探索,每一所网络学院都会对自己的成败得失有所概括、有所思考,本刊将陆续从这一角度向读者呈现一些材料。本期刊发的是记者对浙江大学远程教育学院负责人的访谈内容。
From the very beginning of the pilot project of modern distance education project, the College Network Education Institute has continuously entered the field of vision of the general public. The development by leaps and bounds, norms and adjustments have all become important “spots”, which have aroused media and public opinion concerns. Much attention is focused on such issues as the quality of education, the direction of policy, industrial opportunities, and others seem to be more willing to take a panoramic view of the status quo and prospects of distance education at a macro level. In fact, in view of the important role of institutions of higher learning in the development of distance education in our country, we also need to go through more cases to sort out the development context of colleges and universities network colleges. We find that in their respective development stages, Gradually highlight the characteristics, which undoubtedly more healthy development of distance education more practical significance. After nearly seven years of pilot exploration, each network college will have its own successes and failures of the summary, think about, the publication will continue to show readers from this perspective some of the material.
