目的:采用急救技能“五步法”对全体护理人员实施阶梯式规范化培训,提高护士急救意识及急救技能。方法:将2013年7月~2014年6月院区护士208人为对照组,采用常规急救技能培训;2014年7月~2015年7月为观察组,采用“五步法”急救技能培训。评价两组护士急救理论及技能操作成绩、医师对护士急救能力满意度。结果:观察组急救理论成绩、急救技能操作成绩及医师对护士急救能力满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施护理人员急救技能“五步法”规范化培训,能增强护士急救意识,提高护士急救理论及技能水平,提高抢救成功率,同时增加护士的自我价值及职业认同感。
Objective: To adopt emergency skills and “five-step method” to implement step-by-step standardized training for all nurses, and to improve nurses’ first aid consciousness and first aid skills. Methods: From July 2013 to June 2014, 208 hospital nurses were used as the control group, and the routine first-aid skills training was used. From July 2014 to July 2015, the observation group was trained with “five-step method” first aid skills training . Evaluation of two sets of nurses first aid theory and skills of operational performance, physician satisfaction with nurses emergency capacity. Results: The scores of first aid theory, first aid skills and doctors ’satisfaction with nurses’ first aid ability were all higher than those of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of first aid skills of nurses and standardized training of “five steps” can enhance nurses’ awareness of first aid, improve nurses’ first aid theory and skills, improve success rate of salvage, and increase nurses’ self-worth and professional identity.
