梁柱节点局部构造对钢框架结构抗震性能影响显著,为了全面地对比分析不同焊接孔形式及尺寸对焊接节点抗震性能的影响,采用通用有限元软件ANSYS建立节点的非线性有限元模型。通过建立的5种不同焊接孔形式及尺寸的梁柱节点模型,与标准焊接孔节点模型对承载力、滞回性能和塑性损伤指数进行分析对比,探讨焊接孔形式及尺寸对节点抗震性能的影响。分析结果表明:焊接孔的形式及尺寸对节点滞回性能有较大影响,焊接孔的局部形式会造成节点不同的累计损伤效果。结论对于工程应用有重要的参考意义。
In order to comprehensively analyze the influence of different welding hole form and size on the seismic performance of welded joints, the nonlinear finite element model of the joint is established by using the common finite element software ANSYS. Through the analysis and comparison of the five kinds of beam-column joints with different form and size of welding holes, and the comparison of the bearing capacity, hysteretic behavior and plastic damage index with the standard welded joint model, the influence of the shape and size of welded holes on the seismic performance of joints . The analysis results show that the form and size of welding holes have a great influence on the hysteretic behavior of joints, and the local forms of welding holes can cause different cumulative damage effects of joints. Conclusion has important reference value for engineering application.
