新时期报业的竞争仍是人才的竞争 ,优秀人才的任用考核、管理及其潜能的激发靠的是全新的切合市场机制的一整套管理制度。本文从观念更新带动机制变革 ;择优汰劣 ,强化管理 ;报社中层干部考评 ;管理制度保障体系的设置与完善四个方面对成都晚报的人事管理制度改革进行了论证。
The competition of newspapers and periodicals in the new era is still the competition of talents. The appointment and examination of outstanding talents, the management and the stimulation of their potentials rely on a whole new set of management systems that are in line with the market mechanism. This article argues the reform of personnel management system in Chengdu Evening News from four aspects: the change of concept, the reform of mechanism, the optimization and elimination of inferior, the enhancement of management, the evaluation of middle-level cadres in newspaper and the establishment and improvement of management system guarantee system.
