市场经济可以有效地实现社会资源的合理配置。但是，市场经济不是完美无缺的，市场会发生失灵的情况。因此，在市场经济中，政府必须履行一定的经济职能，以弥补市场调节的不足。但是，政府的调节又必须在一定的机制和一定的约束下才能有效地发挥作用，否则政府也会出现失灵的现象。本文研究了西方经济学叶政府经济职能的分析，并以此为借鉴从原则上探讨我国社会主义市场经济中的政府经济职能。
Market economy can effectively realize the rational allocation of social resources. However, the market economy is not perfect and the market will fail. Therefore, in the market economy, the government must fulfill certain economic functions to make up for the lack of market regulation. However, the government’s regulation must be effective under certain mechanisms and constraints. Otherwise, the government may also fail. This paper studies the economic functions of the Yemen government in western economics and analyzes the economic functions of the government in the socialist market economy in principle.
