目的探讨Lewis y抗原及胰岛素样生长因子受体1(IGF-1R)在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测卵巢浆液囊腺癌(恶性组)、交界性卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤(交界性组)、良性卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤(良性组)和正常卵巢组织(正常组)中Lewis y抗原与IGF-1R的表达。用免疫荧光双标记法检测2者在卵巢癌组织中表达的相关性。结果恶性组Lewis y抗原和IGF-1R的阳性率明显高于交界性组、良性组及正常组(P<0.05);低分化组IGF-1R的表达水平与中、高分化组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而低、中、高分化3组间Lewis y抗原表达差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。Lewis y和IGF-1R在恶性组中的表达水平增高,具有正相关性(P<0.05),且2者存在共定位关系。结论 Lewis y抗原及IGF-1R参与了卵巢浆液性肿瘤由良性向恶性的转化与发展,与患者的预后密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Lewis y antigen and insulin-like growth factor receptor 1 (IGF-1R) in ovarian serous tumors. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (malignant group), borderline ovarian serous cystadenoma (borderline group), benign ovarian serous cystadenoma (benign group) and normal ovarian tissue (normal group ) Lewis y antigen and IGF-1R expression. Immunofluorescence double labeling was used to detect the expression of the two in ovarian cancer. Results The positive rate of Lewis y antigen and IGF-1R in malignant group was significantly higher than that in borderline group, benign group and normal group (P <0.05). The expression of IGF-1R in poorly differentiated group was significantly lower than that in moderately differentiated group (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in Lewis y antigen expression between the three groups (P <0.05). Lewis y and IGF-1R expression in malignant group increased, with a positive correlation (P <0.05), and co-localization of the two exist. Conclusions Lewis y antigen and IGF-1R are involved in the transition from benign to malignant ovarian serous tumors and are closely related to the prognosis of patients.
