目的了解北京市零售鸡肉标本中弓形杆菌的污染情况。方法随机购买北京地区6个农贸市场零售鸡肉样本60份,应用驱动增强双孔滤膜法对鸡肉样品进行弓形杆菌的分离培养,利用多重PCR及16S rRNA、rpo B基因测序的方法进行菌株及菌种鉴定。结果 60份零售鸡肉样本弓形杆菌的检出率为73.33%(44/60)。44份阳性标本中,共获得125株弓形杆菌分离株,其中以嗜低温弓形杆菌为主(91.20%),其次是布氏弓形杆菌(8.00%),斯氏弓形杆菌(0.80%)。两种及以上菌种混合污染率为15.00%(9/60)。结论驱动增强双孔滤膜法可有效分离肉类样本中弓形杆菌。本地区零售鸡肉样本中弓形杆菌污染严重,鸡肉中嗜低温弓形杆菌的污染高于布氏弓形杆菌。
Objective To understand the contamination of Arcobacter in retail chicken samples in Beijing. Methods Sixty retail chicken samples were randomly selected from six farmers’ markets in Beijing. The two-membrane filter method was used to drive the isolation and culture of Arc toxin in chicken samples. Multiplex PCR and 16S rRNA and rpo B gene sequencing were used to detect the strains and bacteria Species identification. Results The detection rate of Arcobacter sp. From 60 retail chicken samples was 73.33% (44/60). Among 44 positive samples, 125 strains of Arcobacter were found, among which Arcobacter minocytum was the most common species (91.20%), followed by Arcobacter jejuni (8.00%) and Arcobacter ssp. The mixed contamination rate of two or more species was 15.00% (9/60). Conclusions Driven by enhanced two-hole filter method can effectively separate the meat samples of Arcobacter. Arcobacter strains were found to be highly contaminated in retail chicken samples in the region, and Arcobacter pylori was more contaminated in chicken than in C. baumannii.
