以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯齐聚物(PUA)、活性稀释单体(甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)作为主要原料,并加入稳定剂(对苯二酚)、促进剂(N,N-二甲基对甲苯胺)、助促进剂(糖精)和引发剂(过氧化氢异丙苯),制备了厌氧结构胶。研究结果表明:采用单因素试验法优选出制备厌氧结构胶的最佳工艺条件是w(甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)=30%、w(N,N-二甲基对甲苯胺)=0.50%(均相对于厌氧结构胶质量而言);此时,厌氧结构胶的综合性能相对最好,其剪切强度为23.2 MPa、冲击强度为24.5 k J/m~2、稳定性较佳且定位时间为15 min。
