本文对板坯连铸机扇形段的力学性能应用三维弹性有限元方法进行了全面的分析研究,对模型设计过程中遇到的问题给予了详细的讨论并提出了建设性的简化措施。针对扇形段在正常矫直工作状态及三种咬入工作状态载荷的不同分布,分别求出扇形段的位移场和应力场,并得出了不同工作状态的强度和刚度。
In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the mechanical properties of the slab continuous casting machine segment using the three-dimensional elastic finite element method is carried out. The problems encountered in the model design process are discussed in detail and constructive simplification measures are proposed. According to the different distributions of segments in normal straightening and three bite-in working loads, the displacement and stress fields of the segments are obtained respectively, and the strength and stiffness of different working states are obtained.
