采用X -射线衍射、金相和DTA方法分析Si含量为 0~ 10wt%的Ag -Cu -Si三元系2个变温截面。结果表明 :在研究的Si含量范围内 ,相组成较复杂 ,但仅有二相区和三相区 ,未发现三元中间相。 2个伪二元合金系在 5 5 6℃和 471℃存在固相转变 ,且Cu3Si相的 η、η′和η″相同属正交晶系 ,其相变属于“位移型”相变 ,空间群有待进一步研究
X - ray diffraction, metallographic and DTA methods were used to analyze two variable temperature cross sections of Ag - Cu - Si ternary system with Si content 0-10wt%. The results show that phase composition is more complicated in the studied range of Si content, but only in the two-phase region and the three-phase region, no ternary mesophase is found.
