为揭示留守儿童执行功能发育特征及身心运动干预对留守儿童执行功能的效果,首先采用心理测量法比较留守儿童与非留守儿童执行功能的发育特点,然后通过实验研究探讨8周身心运动方案对留守儿童执行功能的影响。结果发现:(1)留守儿童执行功能发育水平落后于非留守儿童;(2)8周身心运动干预对留守儿童执行功能有积极影响;但效果存在差异:身心运动干预对刷新子功能和转换子功能有显著提升作用,而对抑制子功能未有显著作用。
In order to reveal the characteristics of left-behind children’s executive function and the effects of physical and psychological intervention on the executive function of left-behind children, psychosocial methods were used to compare the developmental characteristics of left-behind children and non-left-behind children.
