通过将动态剪切流变仪(DSR:Dynamic Shear Rheometer)中的传统不锈钢界面改进为陶瓷界面,提出了一种新的评价沥青结合料水敏感性的试验方法。据此选取消石灰和硅石两种矿粉,分别采用不同矿粉掺量与21种不同PG分级的沥青混合,制备出沥青胶浆试样,并分别在水域和空气域中进行了DSR测试。抗车辙因子G*/sinδ的试验结果对比分析表明:新方法对评价沥青与矿粉之间的相互作用以及沥青结合料的水敏感性十分有效,从而能较准确地评价沥青混合料的水稳性。
A new method to evaluate the water sensitivity of asphalt binders was proposed by modifying the traditional stainless steel interface in DSS (Dynamic Shear Rheometer) into a ceramic interface. Based on the results, two kinds of slaked lime and silica powders were selected and mixed with 21 kinds of different PG grade asphalt with different mineral admixtures respectively to prepare asphalt cement samples. The DSR tests were carried out respectively in water area and air area. The comparative analysis of test results of anti-rutting factor G * / sinδ shows that the new method is very effective in evaluating the interaction between asphalt and slag and the water sensitivity of asphalt binder, so that it can evaluate the water stability of asphalt mixture more accurately Sex.
