在稀碱溶液中,当有羟乙基阳离子表面活性剂 DEMAC 存在时,Zn~(2+)与2-QADNm 形成1:2的红色配合物。其λ_(max)为530nm,ε为1.75×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。锌含量在0.013～1.30μg/mL 范围内服从比尔定律。用本法测定人发和血清中的微量锌,结果满意。
In dilute alkali solution, Zn ~ (2+) forms a 1: 2 red complex with 2-QADNm in presence of hydroxyethyl cationic surfactant DEMAC. Its λ max is 530 nm and ε is 1.75 × 10 -5 L · mol -1 cm -1. Beer’s law is obeyed within the range of 0.013-1.30 μg / mL for zinc. The determination of trace zinc in human hair and serum with this method was satisfactory.
