为探讨直辖以来重庆市水利工程用地变化特征,选取了1997—2011年重庆市水利工程用地数据,利用Excel和ArcGIS软件,从时空角度分析了15年间全市水利工程用地变化。结果表明,时间维度上,全市水利工程用地主要呈现先增加后减少趋势,水库水面占水利工程用地的大部分,但水利工程建筑用地所占比例呈逐年增大趋势;空间维度上,15年间各区县水利工程用地增减不一,但各区县之间差距有缩小趋势,重庆长江中下游以及两翼区县水利工程用地等级变化比较明显。直辖以来全市水利工程用地变化比较明显,三峡工程的建设使得重庆长江中下游沿岸区县水利工程用地变化明显,且近几年维持在稳定水平,据此提出今后重庆市水利工程建设应以“5个水利”为目标。
In order to explore the characteristics of water conservancy projects in Chongqing since the municipality directly under the central government, the data of Chongqing water conservancy projects from 1997 to 2011 were selected. The changes of land use of water conservancy projects in Beijing were analyzed from the perspective of space and time using Excel and ArcGIS software. The results show that in the time dimension, the water conservancy projects in the city mainly increase at first and then decrease, and the reservoir water accounts for most of the water conservancy projects, but the proportion of water conservancy construction sites increases year by year. In the spatial dimension, County water conservancy projects vary in land use, but the gap between the districts and counties has been shrinking trend, the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in Chongqing and the two wings of the county water conservancy project land use level changes more obvious. The municipality directly under the jurisdiction of the water conservancy project changes more obvious, the construction of the Three Gorges Project makes the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in Chongqing coastal counties water conservancy project land changes significantly, and in recent years maintained at a stable level, accordingly proposed that future Chongqing water conservancy construction should be “ 5 water ”as the goal.
