江苏省医药管理局和江苏省卫生局于1979年12月20～22日在金坛县主持召开了平喘新药喘敌素鉴定会。参加会议的有六个省、市的有关生产、科研、教学、临床、药检及有关领导部门共41个单位的56名代表。喘敌素是金坛县制药厂与有关单位大协作仿制成功的一种新平喘药,化学名为5-(4-氨基-3,5-二氯苯基)-3-叔丁基(口恶)唑烷盐酸盐。药理实验证明对豚鼠药物性哮喘有显蓍的保护作用,对离体豚鼠气管平滑肌及致痉剂所致的气管平滑肌收缩有显著的松弛作用,能明显地增加豚鼠离体肺灌流量。经北京、上海、浙江、福建、甘肃、江苏等地15个医疗单位临床试
