为生产低碳不锈钢减少低碳区铬的氧化损失,在实验室的模型炉中,试验研究了在钢水成份、温度及其它条件都基本相同的情况下,以水冷顶吹氧枪吹纯氧+底气搅拌、吹(O_2+N_2)+底气搅拌和纯氧项吹无底气搅拌三种不同工艺,吹炼至终点[C]=0.03%时Cr的相对氧化率。试验得出,脱碳速度、氧的利用率和Cr的氧化率,不同吹炼条件下的差别很大。
