一、问题的提出体育多内容课堂教学是教师根据新课标,结合本地特色及场地器材等实际,尽量提供多的学习内容让学生选择,或由学生根据自身特点自主确定锻炼内容而进行的学习,它是丰富课堂内涵,拓宽学生知识面,激发学生情趣,学习掌握运动知识与技能,促其养成自觉锻炼的习惯,乃至养成终身锻炼身体最有效可行的方法。课改前的传统体育教学思想僵化,模式单一教条化、课堂内容单一枯燥、缺乏趣味性,学生的主体性被压抑、个性被扭曲、创造力被扼杀,师生双方的主体价值和创造精神被严重忽视,正如毛泽东在《体育之研究》对体育之弊的批评“教者发令,学者强应,身顺而心违,精神受无量之痛苦,精神苦而身亦苦矣”。教与学矛盾尖锐,学生身心得不到和谐的、个性的发展,阻碍了技能掌握与终身锻炼身体的养成。

The mode is single dogmatic, the classroom content is simple and boring, and the student’s subjectivity is suppressed, personality is distorted, creativity is stifleed, and the subjective value and creative spirit of both teachers and students are Seriously neglected, just as Mao Zedong’s “Studies in Sports” criticized the disadvantages of sports, “the preceptors issued orders, scholars should be strong, they should follow the rules, their hearts should be in violation of the spirit, their spirits should be subject to infinite amount of pain, and their spirits should suffer from bitterness.” The contradiction between teaching and learning is sharp, and the students’ physical and mental development is not harmonious and individualized, hindering the mastery of skills and the development of physical exercise throughout life.
