目的:观察妇炎康灌肠剂对小鼠抗炎、镇痛和免疫系统的影响。方法:①选用240只SPF级昆明种小鼠随机分为模型组,西药组(吲哚美辛0.025 g.kg-1.d-1),妇炎康ig高剂量组(2 g.kg-1.d-1),妇炎康灌肠高、中、低剂量组(2,1,0.5 g.kg-1.d-1)。以小鼠腹腔伊文斯蓝溶液吸光度、二甲苯致耳肿胀度和抑制率、热刺激痛阈和醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数和初次扭体时间为指标,观察妇炎康灌肠各组给药4 d对正常小鼠炎症抑制和痛阈的影响;②选用120只SPF级昆明种级小鼠,模型组代替西药组,余同①,以免疫抑制(0.025 g.kg-1.d-1醋酸泼尼松,ig 10 d)小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数以及廓清指数为指标,观察妇炎康灌肠各组给药10 d对免疫低下小鼠免疫系统的影响。结果:妇炎康灌肠剂各组能不同程度降低二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀度(P<0.05或P<0.01),提高小鼠痛阈(P<0.05),减少醋酸所致扭体次数(P<0.05或P<0.01),延迟初次扭体时间(P<0.05);抑制醋酸泼尼松造成的小鼠脏器系数减小(P<0.05或P<0.01)和巨噬细胞廓清指数减小(P<0.05)。结论:妇炎康灌肠给药有抗炎镇痛及免疫调节作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Fuyankang enema on anti-inflammatory, analgesic and immune system in mice. Methods: Two hundred and forty SPF Kunming mice were randomly divided into model group, Western medicine group (indomethacin 0.025 g.kg-1.d-1), Fu Yan Kangig high-dose group (2 g.kg- 1.d-1), Fu Yan Kang enema high, medium and low dose group (2,1,0.5 g.kg-1.d-1). In order to observe the absorbance of Evans blue solution, xylene-induced ear swelling and inhibition rate, heat stimulation pain threshold and acetic acid-induced writhing times and initial writhing time in mice, 4 days on normal mice inflammation and pain threshold; ② 120 Kunming SPF Kunming mice, the model group instead of Western medicine group, more than ①, immunosuppression (0.025 g.kg-1.d-1 Prednisone acetate, ig 10 d) mice spleen index, thymus index and clearance index as an indicator to observe the effects of Fu Yan Kang enema administration for 10 d on the immune system in immunocompromised mice. Results: Fu Yan Kang Enema could decrease the auricle swelling induced by xylene (P <0.05 or P <0.01), raise the pain threshold (P <0.05) and decrease the writhing induced by acetic acid (P <0.05 or P <0.01), delayed the initial writhing time (P <0.05), decreased the organ coefficient of mice induced by prednisone acetate (P <0.05 or P <0.01) and macrophage clearance Index decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fuyankang enema has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and immunomodulatory effects.
