采用浓硫酸和少量发烟硫酸在常温下合成了水溶性的四(4-甲氧基-3-磺酸基苯基)卟啉及其铁、钴、铜、锌、锰和镍金属化合物,采用核磁、质谱、紫外和元素分析仪对其结构进行了表征。该方法采用一定比例的浓硫酸和发烟硫酸混合物在常温下与卟啉反应,产物收率均超过98%。替代了文献中所采用的氯磺酸和硅烷氯磺酸酯等稳定性差且易于产生HCl这种酸性气体的磺化剂,不仅降低了成本,免于强腐蚀性的HCl气体生成,还节省了能源,符合节能减排的原则,有利于这些化合物今后的工业化生产和应用。
Water-soluble tetrakis (4-methoxy-3-sulfophenyl) porphyrin and its iron, cobalt, copper, zinc, manganese and nickel metal compounds were synthesized at room temperature using concentrated sulfuric acid and a small amount of oleum. Its structure was characterized by NMR, MS, UV and elemental analysis. The method adopts a certain proportion of concentrated sulfuric acid and fuming sulfuric acid mixture to react with porphyrin at normal temperature, and the product yield is over 98%. In place of the sulfonating agents such as chlorosulphonic acid and silanol chlorosulphonate employed in the literature, which are less stable and prone to generate acid gases such as HCl, not only the cost is reduced, but also the formation of highly corrosive HCl gas is avoided, Energy, in line with the principle of energy saving and emission reduction, is conducive to the future industrial production and application of these compounds.
