对7.00-2014PR载重汽车轮胎结构进行优化设计。结构设计主要优化措施:行驶面宽/弧度高比值由0.8046减小至0.7674,胎圈着合宽度由140mm减小至127mm;胎肩采用反弧形结构;胎面花纹采用纵向曲折花纹结构,花纹深度12mm。施工设计主要优化措施:胎面采用三方四块结构;缓冲层采用双层宽结构;胎体帘布采用6层1400dtex/2锦纶66帘布。优化设计轮胎的外缘尺寸符合国家标准,胎体强度和耐久性能较优化设计前明显提高。
