低频强噪声对人体主要器官功能的影响

目的观察长时间低频强噪声暴露对人体主要器官功能的影响,探讨其可能致伤机制。方法 2012-1-1/2014-8-31对20名长时间暴露于低频强噪声环境的工作人员进行追踪观察,对接触噪声过程中体温、呼吸、脉搏、血压进行间断监测,调查强噪声接触后的主要症状,并比较接触噪声前后血液常规、尿液常规、大便潜血试验、血液生化学、血皮质醇、心电图、胸部X线、腹部B超、脑电图、听阈、视力视野、听觉诱发电位的变化情况。结果 1低频强噪声暴露后,容易出现恶心、食欲下降、视物模糊、耳鸣、入睡困难等症状,其中耳鸣在低于6年接触者中容易出现,入睡困难在高于6年接触者中出现频率高。26年以上接触者在4000~8000 Hz听阈明显增高,同时听觉诱发电位显示Ⅴ波潜伏期延长,Ⅲ~Ⅴ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ峰间期明显延长。结论长时间接触低频强噪声可造成听力和中枢神经系统损害。 Objective To observe the effect of prolonged low-frequency and strong noise exposure on the function of major organs in human body and to explore its possible mechanism of injury. Methods January 20, 2012 / August 31, 2014 Twenty workers who were exposed to low frequency and strong noise for a long time were observed and monitored. Body temperature, respiration, pulse and blood pressure were monitored intermittently during the process of contact noise. Results 1 After low frequency and strong noise exposure, prone to nausea, loss of appetite, blurred vision, tinnitus, difficulty falling asleep and other symptoms, including tinnitus in less than 6 years, prone to contact, difficulty falling asleep occurred in more than 6 years of contacts High frequency. The hearing threshold of 4000 ~ 8000 Hz was significantly higher in contacts with more than 26 years, and the latent period of Ⅴ wave prolonged while the evoked potentials of Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ, Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ were significantly prolonged. Conclusion Long-term exposure to low-frequency and strong noise can cause hearing and central nervous system damage.
