松江水泥厂是解放前建厂的老企业,设备陈旧落后。1990年春设备运转率仅有50%,严重影响了企业效益,甚至一度使企业陷入亏损边缘。面对这种形势,该厂实施了以3~#窑达产达标为突破口,筹集资金,逐步对1~#、2~#窑进行改造,同时大力加强设备维护保养、计划检修的方针。1991年实现了3~#窑达产达标。同时开展车间、岗位创设备优秀单位活动,加强对1~#、2~#窑的维护保养、计划检修,使窑设备运转率从50%提高到近70%。水泥产量大幅度提高,企业效益明显提高。 1992年6月该厂又实现对2~#窑的改造,不仅使窑的产量增加15%,同时提高了运行的可靠性,使设备运转率提高到75%以上。同年水泥生产突破80万吨大关,结束了近10年来水泥产量一直徘徊在70万吨
