小班孩子入园以前,主要接触的是家庭中的成员,当他们来到幼儿园后,突然发现好多不熟悉的人和事物,会出现种种反常表现,教师只有细心照顾、耐心引导,妥善解决每个孩子的问题,把关怀送给他们,让他们最快适应幼儿园生活。紧接着就是幼儿常规培养,教师要制定规则明确、要求统一、循序渐进的常规培养目标,同时,注意用自身的示范去积极影响孩子,帮助小班幼儿建立集体观念,淡化自我中心意识,初步养成简单的生活和学习习惯,促进孩子健康成长。
