[目的]探讨Pokemon在人卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组化方法检测Pokemon在50例卵巢癌组织中的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。[结果]Pokemon在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率为84%,卵巢交界性肿瘤中的阳性表达率为25%,正常卵巢组织中为5%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pokemon过表达与卵巢癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄无关(P>0.05)。[结论]Pokemon在卵巢癌组织中高表达,并与卵巢癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关,在卵巢癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of Pokemon in human ovarian cancer and its clinical significance. [Method] The expression of Pokemon in 50 cases of ovarian cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry and its relationship with clinicopathological features was analyzed. [Results] The positive expression rate of Pokemon in ovarian cancer was 84%, the positive rate in borderline ovarian tumor was 25% and that in normal ovary tissue was 5%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). Pokemon overexpression was correlated with the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage in ovarian cancer (P <0.05), but not with age (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Pokemon is overexpressed in ovarian cancer tissues and is related to the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage in ovarian cancer and plays an important role in the development of ovarian cancer.
